Aisq is a Shopify app developed to provide enhanced customer support functionalities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.
* Google OAuth Scope Permissions: Our app requests access to specific Google OAuth scopes, including /auth/gmail.modify. We request access to this information to enable the ability to receive, process, and send emails on behalf of the customer support team. We store user's emails for the sole purpose of utilizing our application as an email client that helps with customer support. We comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) to protect your personal information. We also comply with Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks to view stored customer data, delete customer data, and delete shop data.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
* Customer Support: We use the customer support emails and data obtained through Google OAuth to facilitate customer support operations. This may include identifying customer inquiries, responding to emails, processing refunds, returns, or sending additional information to customers. We do not use this information for any other purposes than helping our customers facilitate customer support inquiries.
We take data security seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We use AES-256 encryption to protect the information we collect.
